Well, normally you will have tactics for healing sig 9-11 so you should make the req. The drawback however is that the mod doesn't provide a significant bonus as shock is not used for damage output but just for the knockdown it provides. Generally a +45/-2 shield or +30/-2 shield is prefered. 3-5k I'd say.

dang, if only that was earth +1 instead of air..............if only

pre factions bought -2 enchanted +1 earth req10 ornate for 50k, this one better skin, lower req but air mod, dunno 40ish, dont quote me on it.

Yea, these shields aren't too popular, 5-10k to a collector...

I do collect shields like these, and I can usually pick them up at 1-5k...and I only collect ones that are req 8...
