Please tell me if this is worth anything:

Holy Branch of Demonslaying
Energy +10
Fire Damage 11-22 (Req 8 Divine Favor)
Halves Casting time of Healing Spells (19%)
Halves Skill Recharge of Spells (10%)
Dmg +19 (vs demons)

Hmm, this is kinda hard to PC, Holy Branches are sought after, and the req is perfect, but that 1% really kills the price. I would say 20-30k...
