Around 500k?! The + 5 energy low req is ~300k. This should be more...

I've totally seen a req8 + 5 energy going for 300k. I am not that good in high end, guessing it's worth quite a lot since it is one of the rarest swords. I might still be wrong... where is Stuey when you need himm... On a second tought I believe around 200k is fair
