I made a new avy, but it keeps saying Its has to much KB, but it also says you can either do 100x100 or 19.6 KB, which my avy is 100x100. So I ask, How do I make my avy have less KB? Please reply : )

Depends on the file format you choose (which will also affect size). If you post it here or send it to me some how I'd be happy to get it under the size limit for you.
