i have -10 armor while attacking daggers 15% always dmg req 9 20k

srry but i don't want other mods on it like zealous or vamps or more armor...
ALSO it needs to be ALWAYS -10 armor

srry guys Im not charging for the "Shocking", its worthless and easily over-writen, and frankly I'm not even charging for the cheap 19% enchanting iether.

Also, there is no such thing as a -10 armor ALLWAY weapon, its -10 (while attacking). -10 allways simply does not exist on a weapon.
