i already beat it once with my main char and got a dumb bow, i was tired and wasn't paying attention.

Straw Effigy?

Buy another amulet of the mists and THEN you can go back and get it. You are only GIVEN one amulet per character. lol

It's the art for all of the caster focii in the end-game opposed to seperate artwork for each attribute or even for each class while weapons get individual artwork and such so it's kind of disliked. That and it has a pungent odor.

Its dreaded because it drops so often out of gold chests and usually has crap mods. ~_~

LOL, straw..........that thing drops like crazy in elite missions. lol
