You would think Rotscale was a boss, thus making it available to cap Feast of Corruption. But i tried with my necromancer and it gave the "...stand near a dead boss..." message
1. Uses FoC
2. Lvl 30
3. Drops a green
Does anyone agree?

Yeah it's rediculous, it's always been a hard skill to cap, I had to get a runner to run me up to Dreadnought's drift. :P
I think it's abit weak aswell, needs the recharge lowered or the radius larger, I never use it anymore.

He doesn't have an aura so he isn't a boss....yet.

1) Most higher lvl nonbosses use elites.
2) Therea are plenty of lvl21+ nonbosses. Maybe not lvl30, but it isnt a hard thing to deal with.
3) With the June 15th update, many nonbosses drop greens...

If I recall correctly, there SHOULDN'T BE any bosses that you can cap an elite from until the Crystal Desert. I think that's how it is suppose to be. Also, he doesn't have an aura, and it doesn't make sense to make him a boss now since he has an elite because previously when he was a Monk he wasn't a boss either.
