My...my...my...How cute. You have all that money and no clue on what to do. You're not going to learn much if you're new to the game and want to buy your way in.
For that whooping 10K, the information I'm willing to often is: Use the Search (if its working) and look for builds, read up (about armour, weapons, etc.) and learn. This game is about skills and what you do with them, and not about what you're weilding or wearing.

Pretend you do not have the money and play the game as its meant to be.
Learn by yourself and asking others, not by buying your way.
Sooner or later you will get to an area and that build you paid for will not help you there

what everyone said above is true. this game is unlike any other and the BEST thing for you is to start from scratch and go. dont pay people for shit like this. you can't help but come across in a bad light. save your money for armor with a 60 armor class. you have no idea what someone knows about this game since you're so new. you'll most likely be paying 10k for bad advice.
mesmer/warrior would be a better pvp character than pve. but you can always change your secondary later. if he's less than 10th level you might think about starting over. not to discourage you but the two don't really fit.
i know the search here sucks but the content does not. dig around in the mesmer forum a little for builds. even google will bring a build up.
