hi im new and i was wondering how do you get to the under world?

You get to the Underworld, and Fissure of Woe (similar area), by going to the Temple of Ages. You pay a plat, per party (some parties split the cost 8 ways), and then you go traverse the UW/FoW. It's really quite simple. Getting there is rather difficult, in a way.
