Yea I'm betting that's fake... 15% with no negative inherit.. req 7? If it's real, sell it on ebay. You could probably pull in a pretty good amount of cash for that.

Edit* After looking at the image for a second, I'm pretty sure you can see that there's quite a displacement of space between the '+' and '15%' sign on the damage description.
