Triple Swing or 100 Blades will not hit you, it will miss. It is not an auto-hit attack. Spiteful Spirit and Suffering will both affect you assuming that either you were not the target of the hex or that it was used on you before you cast Shadow Form. Cry of Frustration I am unsure of, but I believe that the spell would fail. Do a skirmish with 2 friends and do a 2v1. Have one of you be a mesmer, one be the assassin with SF and one be an elly (for Meteor Shower or another long-casting spell). The assassin should be A/E. Use SF, then both of you use Meteor Shower. Have the mesmer try to CoF the meteor shower... If it interrupts your MS, it works.
I should be able to test this in a few days if nobody else beats me to it.
EDIT: Vampiric Touch and Vampiric Bite go through Shadow Form, I tested them on afflicted assassins. It's rather handy...they SF at almost no hp, you kill them anyway.
Cry of Frustration is cast on someone nearby. You cast SF, then they attack or use a signet, or cast a spell (then Cry gets cast on your allie). Target foe takes damage and is interupted, those nearby target are also interupted an take damage.
Mist Form, yes no damage, but why should the extra stuff come into play? That means bleeding, deep wounds, poison can go through as well. That sucks.
Vampiric stuff seems over powering. Ignores armor, conditions, protection spells and spirits, steals life.
