PC on 3 Gold Staffs

I have a few staffs kickin' around - wondering if they're worth anything or if I should simply salvage the mods.

Defensive Plagueborn Staff of Fortitude -

10-20 cold damage (req 10 death magic)
Halves casting time of spells (10%)
Armor +5
Health +29

Insightful Dragon Staff of Fortitude
E +10
Lightning damage - 10-21 (req 10 air)
Halves skill recharge (9%)
Halves casting time (9%)
E +5
Health +29

Insightful Jade Staff of Defense
E +10
Cold damage 11-22 (req.9 water)
Halves skill recharge (10%)
E +5
Armor + 5
