Magmas Shield

Is this shield only found in missions on the last islands mission in Tyria? I tried looking for it in ember light camp, but after 800 kills, I have yet to find a magmas shield.

you can find it in the fire island chain and fissure of woe. but to find one thats even worth a crap is like finding a needle in a haystack

Titans drop them with some regularity.

this is why you had trouble finding them in the first of the fire island chains.

I got 5 from Titans.All white, nothing good but the skin-merched

K, so they drop from titans? Because I have killed over 400 mobs solo, outside ember light camp and never saw 1 drop and looked in chest 30 times, I see good hammers, and bows, but no magmas shield. I have gotten them 4 times before like 7 months ago, so I know its not a super rare drop like fiery dragon or crystalline. I'll try them titans.

more perfect magmas shields have gone on sell in the last month then in the last 11months ive been playing this game

wait theres more titans? i thought they only 1 type of titan in hells precipe and near nolani academy area.

I got a armor 16, req8 magmas (str), is that what you consider rare?

there are titans in Kryta and southern Shiverpeaks. You have to have quests from Glint (after you beat prophecies) for them to spawn.

I beat prophecies, am I suppose to do that mission again to see glint and do something? And those titans drop magmas correct? CAn you tell me there lvls, and if they come and pairs?

Go to Droknar's Forge, find the Vision of Glint and /kneel.

Bingo, Titan quests.

They travel in groups of 3-4 and travel far so expect to aggro some while fighting current group.The water Titans spam the hell outta blinding flash.IMO not worth the time they take to farm.

You pwned yourself. The AIR titans spam blinding flesh, the water guys do Maelstrom. I can farm them with 55, or my geotank (several buidls )
