It's probably a wammo who was farming and found an item with seemingly 2 mods and figured it was uber rare since he had not seen one like this ever before in his life back when he was trollfarming.
This led him to believe that it would probably be worth 500k+
In reality, the weapon has only 1 mod and is worth whatever the merchant gives for it.

i can't find it on guild wiki but i do recall seeing a 15/-1 collector wand. Maybe i was dreaming, oh well. Crazy price
