I Need Major Advice Please Help!!!

i am having major trouble recruitng for my new guild "Johnny Cash" not only is it really hard getting people to join its harder to get them to stay for some reason pease help me!!!!!!!

Maybe you're not nice enough, they expected something else.

The guild name is ..rather odd.

Maybe you should try getting friends in first.

Don't just make a guild, then try and beg for people....first get people, then make a guild TOGETHER.

well see me and my offers got togather after i made the name of the guild and we decided on the rest

-timezone
-goals? pvp/pve.. farming guild.. gvg guild.. etc
-what type of people do you need?

just look at other guild's recruitment posts and just think about yours

I agree with all of that. Plus it helps to have a forum or a website where potential guild members can check you out. Also, be honest about the status of your guild, you may get less people joinnig, but if people know what to expect, they usually won't leave soon after joining.

Have a look at Maltare's tips (sticky in this section). The thread is very usefull, and also covers recruitment.
