It's pretty dark armor, I don't think the typical white dye mix would work.

Actually it goes well with a white dye.
I dye it silver+remover+silver

The dye remover acts like the default color of each class armor. As you can see, the combo is the same as silver+purple+silver, which produced a nice, lighter purple.

For some reason dye'ing this armor black makes it still look kinda silvery at the front.
