Please Pc Req 9 14^50 Brute Sword

If anyone could pc this for me it would be great.. As it stands i have about 3 guildy opinions at 150k for the brute sword but i would like some other opinions. And for the plauge born axe. i got a guildy pc of 50k but he wasent sure at all. and if a bonified price checker could gimme a pc that would rock.. thanks

around 60-80k for brute

a couple of k for axe, or salvage.

no offence but that pc seems a lil low.. i saw a brute sword that was req 9 +14 in stance go for more than 130k.. and a req 9 15^50 pc out to about 400k.. Now i realize my sword isnt perfect.. but i know its worth more than that. i seriously doubt 1% makes a 320k difference in value.....
so i hope you dont mind but i am going to totally disregard that opinion and hope for a better followup one

1% make a really huge different, i agree with rain on this one.

It makes all the difference. Those with money want perfect, the rest gets divided between the paupers
