SS/SV UW Build

I didn't play GW for quite some time now and I'm wondering if this build still works with a 55 monk. If it still does I'd be very thankfull if someone could post a good ss/sv uw build here together with armor, atribute points and runes. If it doesn't work anymore just ignore this thread. Btw i tried to search but i didn't find anything.

These are the skills 100% required:

Arcane echo
Spiteful spirit
Awaken the Blood
Blood ritual
Sympathetic Visage

Other skills I recomend:

Res signet
Conjure Phantasm (finishing off aatxes/counter degen)
Suffering (use on smites so they remove that, instead of SS)

Armor doesnt really matter, scars are most helpful. Superior curses rune+headpiece.

Awaken the Blood isn't excactly 100% required............
Somd use Reckless Haste instead of Suffering as a cover hex for SS..
