WTB shield 40+ health while enchanted, +10armor vs. lightning/slashing/piercing

I am looking for a max shield with at least 40hp while enchanted with 9/10vs. lightning and slashing. I need these asap so please send PM or leave msg if interested.

I am also looking for a sword or axe with a dmg always mod with built-in -1 health regen mod; not a vampiric weapon. Mods and req do not matter. I actually prefer bad stats. I am Thanks
