It's perfect, but it's gonna be very hard to find a buyer, who is most likely going to be someone who collects these. I personally collect these, but I collect req 8 ones only. As for price, maybe 20-30k, but like I said, it's going to be hard finding a buyer.

Right... I thought it would be a good item for some smiter with a (weird^^) Mo/W build but as you said it's mroe likely for collectors. I refused an offer @ 80k today tho -_-

Like I said, it really depends on finding the buyer. Before Factions, I sold a req 8 Tactics, -2 stance, +1 Illusion (20%) Aegis/SotW for 500k. I was going to keep it for my IW mesmer, but the other person offered me a price I couldn't refuse. There may very well be someone who will do that for your shield, but there're no guarantees. I have also been picking up req 8 -2/+1 shields for 1-5k after Factions.
