Question About zones per lvl

Hi ! I'm an lvl 9 W/Mo , and i have a problem . 3 months have passed since last time I played , and when I started playing a friend of mine helped me to get lvl 9. Now I have absolutely no Idea where to go and quest and so on , i have a dousins of quests but I have no idea what lvl the quests are , help please ? Thank you for your answers!

start at the top of the quest list and work your way down.

your map and the arrow on the compass edge will tell you where to go.

if a quest squashes you do another and come back later.

i also do quests with a full party of henchies as i want to do the quest not loot on the way.
