Does anyone have an updated guide? I couldn't find one. Also, I have trouble with the nightmares, can anyone explain how not to die from them?

there are lots of differnt guides, If the search worked on here it would be easy to find one. Soloing has been made really hard down there. best get a buddy or 2 to go with you, and use spellbreaker as your elite. that will prevent them (nightmares) from killing you

How often should I cast SB? And when should I cast it?

first, know where the nightmares spawn. once you know that, just sb before going into them.

Ok, they usually hit me at the stairs when I aggro the first group of attaxes or whatever the name is lol. Thanks.

There's a sticky in the monk forums that should give you what posts that you need. Once you run uw a few times you should get used to where the Dying Nightmare spawns usually are.

If you know that nightmares are coming, sb first.
