) Then the blocker suppressed 4 or 5 of my attempts to continue the message while the other person wondered what I was talking about.

And yet I often see people spamming messages much more frequently than should be possible, and anyone who has seen American district 1 of Lion's Arch will know that the sheer speed of the messages is such that it's hard to keep up. How exactly does the blocker choose what to block?
