For those that read my Jayne Forestlight farming tips, rest assured these runs are a walk in the park comparatively. Videos accompany each one to show you how it's done if you can't imagine it

Exit from Cavalon on the southern side. The location you want to get to is here:
http://gw.gamewikis.org/images/4/4a/...p_location.jpg
You can pretty much sprint the entire way. Creeping carps have a nasty habit of following you for very long distances, but if you keep running and ignore them, they'll eventually go back. Snapjaw's group consists of rockhide dragons and saltspray dragons. There is also a carp/scuttle fish/jellfish patrol - do not aggro this group.
Cast live vicariously, then pull out your long/flat bow. Aim for the closest monster in snapjaw's group. Before the arrow hits, make a 180, and run back the way you came. Stop when you are directly underneath the bridge (you should still be standing in corals). You must do this or else you will be chain galed and unable to get out of the patrol's aggro. Immediately hit Dolyak's Signet, and wait for the dragons to come to you. Once they do, start swinging away, killing the rockhides, then snapjaw, and finally the saltsprays. Keep tiger stance and dolyak up as much as possible. Even though you'll be taking a lot of damage, live vicariously should keep your health fairly stable as long as you keep hitting something.
Note - A W/Me build with elemental resistance also works here. However, the nice thing about the W/Mo version is that you dont have to pause to hit heal sig, so the run is actually much faster overall.

Spirit Shackles
Exit out of Unwaking Waters (Luxon Side) and make your way to the right the rez shrine. The group is roughly located here:
http://gw.gamewikis.org/images/7/71/...p_location.jpg
Hug the right side, and you'll come across a patrol of scuttle/carp/jellyfish. Leave them alone. Off in the distance is Miella's group, which will eventually make its way to where you are. There is also a group of 2 Saltspray dragons. Get out your bow and pull them back the way you came. Kill them. With Elemental Resistance + dolyak + watch youself + sentinel's, you should be seeing a lot of 1s and 0s.
Do the same thing with Miella's group after they come to your spot. Here's where things can get a little tricky. I found the best way to do this is to kill the other stuff first, then the boss. Overall, you can overpower her heals, but sometimes you may need to move around a bit in order to the pull things out of her casting range. Sometimes you can pull the whole group back to the rez shrine. If you have more Kurzick faction, then the npcs won't engage, but the priest will heal you, so you dont need to stop and heal sig, allowing you to attack more. See the video to get an idea of what I'm talking about.

Sprint
Exit out of Harvest Temple. Those familiar with bosses in this area know that the run to get the bosses is the toughest part. Some prefer the method of dying, and rezing at the shrine ahead, but this depends on your alliance faction and who controls the outpost, which isn't 100% reliable. The biggest problem you'll probably encounter is debilitating shot from the shiroken rangers, which zaps your energy so you can't sprint away.
The solution? Use an armor swap with the gladiator's chest piece. Wait until sprint comes back up, and if you find yourself at 0 or 1 energy, swap to that piece, hit sprint, then swap back and you should be home free. Kunvie is located here (pretty close to where Rajazan is):
http://gw.gamewikis.org/images/f/f6/...g_Location.jpg
See the video for my run. I didn't have to use armor swap in this case, but I was prepared to just in case. I'm going to assume that you've already made it past the last shiroken group.
At this point, start hugging the right now and do not deviate. Go past Kunview's group until you're fairly close to the top border, but take care not to aggro the kracken patrol that goes by back and forth. You should see a group of 3 carps that come from the left side toward the top. They will move down and they will hit you aggro bubble, so you'll have to kill them. Make sure to stay on the right edge so you avoid the kracken patrol while fighting. This is by far the boringest part, since you do almost no damage with siphon strength hexed on you, so you'll have to rely on the degen from sever to kill them. Keep dolyak's and watch yourself up, and heal sig often, and do not use elemental resistance.
After they are dead, get out your bow and pull kunvie's group to the EXACT location where you killed the carps. Be sure your aggro bubble is as close to the right side edge as possible and let the dragons come to you in melee range. Do this by walking foward a little until they are just outside your aggro bubble, then walk back. They will use Ride the Lightning and be right on top of you.
From here, it's simply keep elemental resistance, dolyak, and watch yourself up, heal sig as needed, and kill stuff.
