Damage+15% Always,
Armour -10 while attacking,
Amour +5 Always.

AND

Cruel Zodiac Hammer of Enchanting, req 9 hammer mastery
6-28,
Damage +15 while in stance,
Deep Wound 33%,
Enchantments last 20% longer.
