Rotscale's green bow (Rotscale's Wing?)

How much does this bow go for? I haven't ever seen it apart from today and it looked amazing (it dropped for one of the people in my Rotscale hunting party) and the stats were something like 15-22 req. 9, reduces poison duration by 33%, energy +5, health +30. The model looked like two dragon wings joined together. Any idea on value? I might try and get one for myself if it's wanted.
