Chaos Axe of Fortitude
req 10, 15% always / armor -10 while attacking, Health +30

Anecdote: Both dropped in one single chest run. With the upgrades too. ;-)

yup, mainly because the ppl who really wanted 1 b4 but couldnt afford 1 well now they can since chaos took a 40-50% drop
