Unlock status

When guilds are looking for UAS or 90%, how do you find out the percentage? Is there some sort of emote that tells you how much you have unlocked?

You can go to a Priest of Balthazar to see which skills you've unlocked and which you haven't. Add up all the skills and then you will be able to work out if the remainder is less than 10%.

Does anyone have the total number of skills to hand? I for one would be interested to know. Warrior skills alone are about 105 if my memory serves correctly. I'm guessing the total to be somewhere between 700 and 800.
