Could anyone please give me a price check on these 2 items:

Shocking Golden Phoenix blade of swordmanship
damage 15-22(reqq. 9 swordmanship)
Damage +15% while health is above 50%
Swordmanship + 1(chance 19%)
If I would mod the blade with say fortitude and furious?(not sundering, for Gwens sake) would it increase their value more(as in more then the mods costed) and would it make them easier to sell?
