15% always, -1 energy regen sword for an adrenaline spike build?

Hi all,

Having recently purchased a 15% always / -1 energy sword, I started wondering if this isn't a good mod for an adrenalin based sword build? Using FGJ, Sun & Moon, DS...

I know 15%/-5 energy is good too, but I always feel that only 15 energy might be a bit tight?

What's everyone's opinion?

Warriors should always be in a stance or are hexed. So -5 en is a bit of a gimp.

I'm a shock or hammer war so I would not think about losing what little energy I already don't have.

Just think, 25% of your energy for 15% when you will most probably get that anyway.

Use -5 energy until you run low. Switch to a stance/hexed/over 50/-10 etc item for when your running low. Have a +5 energy on switch for when you really need to have the energy get that last skill off.

Always have a 20 hexed weapon ready to take advantage of the situation, just switch back before the hex ends.

personally, ive started using only 15%>50%, its not like my weapon slots arent full with the different mods.. if you start swapping like a madman, youd lose efficiency imo..if youre hexed 75% of the time its not that much of a nice idea to attack, and often youll be starving for energy (well if u use rush that aint that much of a problem i suppose..) so you wont really be always in stance

well, the constant stance is maintained by my 15 second rush.

I can always pull 5 hits in that time to recharge my stance.
-5en is a big hit for a warrior for me.

15^50 mods are quite conditional, a lot of time I will find that I run under, losing attack power when you are getting a pounding is adding icing on the cake.

But thats just me personally, I use my frenzy carefully, the adren rush uses is normally recharged by Bull's strike to perfectly start my adreno spike ^^.

Sorry I forgot to mention. My question was purely for PvE

I've tried the 15%/-1 yesterday and I think I got more "bang for my buck" than with just 15 energy

With that in mind, the only energy skills I was using was FGJ and Tiger's Stance... 10 + 5...
