for 2 weeks now i get this error:

if you want the error log i can post it here too but it seems Anet doesnt care oO

send in the error log to customer service by opening a trouble ticket if you want an answer.

what you sent in only tells them what happened not that it is still happening.

note the first response to a ticket is always automated and must be responded to in less than 24 hours to keep it open and get a live tech.

simply reply politely that the first response didnt help.
