Great Axe

I am looking to buy a Great Axe, thats the skin I am looking for not just a really good axe

I need the following stats:
6-28 dmg req8
dmg +20% While health is below 50%

Either Great Axe of Double Bladed Axe as I believe they are the same skin.
Please don't post anyhting if it doesn't have those stats with the correct skin. Thanks
