15% always weapons have 4 penalties:

-10 armor while attacking
-5 energy
-1 hp regen
-1 energy regen

nothing new/rare.

1. Agree with Malice 50k+
2. Salvage for the Zealous I don't think that a Hammer Warrior would want Degen to begin with
3. 30k maybe not a lot of people really want a -1 HP degen
4. 15-30k
