capping charge *no really, i cant do it*

I have tried over the last 8 hours to cap charge, i have gone out 15 times (yes, I counted) , and cleared the whole island, with no balthazar's cursed spawning. I s anyone else having a similar problem.

what is up the high lag everywhere.

easiest way to cap charge is grab some henchies and go out and hug the right wall. when you get to the hydras (2 or 3), hold ctrl and look for the boss names in range- a cursed will almost always be there and you will usually see 2 bosses. if its not balths, zone and repeat til you see him at that spot. this saves you the time of clearing the island.
