Here are the stats if you can't see:

Holy Rod
Fire Dmg: 11-22 (Requires 8 Divine Favor)
Energy +5 (while Health is above 50%)
Halves casting time of spells (Chance: 8%)

It would've been worth something pre-Factions/update, which is probably when this one dropped. Now, it's almost worthless, but I'd try to get 5k for it.
