Just a quick question, Do you have to be Luxon/Kurzick to buy their 1.5k armor? Same goes for 15k armor, do you have to be Kurzick to get Kurzick Armor?

And vice versa

You will have to have higher Faction in whichever choice you prefer in order to get the NPC to speak to you. Other than that, any character can wear any armor, regardless of your guild's chosen alliance.
