Where can I report?

I have a screenshot of someone advertising a place to buy gold for GW and I would like to report this person. Problem is I just don't know what to do. Do I have to send it to support at NCsoft? Or is there another method?

Include a screenshot, assuming you took one. Furthermore, You DO NOT need to make an account, you can go straight to ask a question and put NONE in the line where it asks for your ncsoft account.

Can the same thing to be used to report people selling Guild Wars stuff (weapons, mini-pets, gold,etc.) on Ebay? Can it be used for reporting people in game who want to trade or sell the guild wars accounts?

It can be used for any in game violation.

I reported this person and also provided a screen shot. Lets hope this person gets banned and the site shut down. If the site was even legit.
