Is there any difference in there performance while farming? Which combination would work more effectively?

i got an e/mo i been experimenting with high damage output but lacks the end quality of a monk to take the damage (IE not many slot to fill with prot. prayers)

Mo/Me is a better farming, in my experience, than a Mo/E. Channeling/Divine Boon/Zealot's Fire makes farming extremely quick and easy.
