1vs1, player vs player, mono e mono

Why

every have someone thats calling you a noob and you cant say anything about it or do anything about it now in the one vs one arena you have the chance to teach that person a lesson jus you vrs him

i think this would be a fun way and very unharmful way of dealing with someone that is buggin you

ex. Them: Lol your such a noob y dont you go ---- ----- -----...
You: Why dont we settle this in the one vrs one arena????
(sends them a challenge)
(them accepts)

this would prevent people from getting into huge fights and they can jus duke it out in the arena instead of yelling and spamming the chat.

I think Anet frowns on this because it is ment to be a team game, and certain classes are highly team intensive, as well as very solo weak.

I haven't had a chance to test it, but I thought they added a guild, unrated battle mode, I'm certain that is enough, training in a legitimate group environment is what a player realy needs to practice, as if you don't get some practice in PvE. Training solo will have you well equip for 55 monking, if you realy want a training program to help PvPers, it needs to be in a team setting.

People will say "go to your guild hall", but I think this is a fine arena. It costs less, saves officers time. This should not yield any faction, otherwise it would be come exploitable. Also, there should be different sized arenas, so you could challenge them to a large arena, or a small arena, depending on your tactics. A configurable team size, such as 1-3 would be good also. So if you said, I could take down you and your two buddies, you could prove. But really, this seems more of a macho contest.(one of the reasons i support it, it will make the people who wanna feel buff, buffer, and those of us happy to be chickens, happier)

good point bow and i like the idea of diffent size arenas and that it wouldnt cost any faction cuz then ppl would be picking fight jus to pick fights not to test you agenst them

How about 2 monks racing to get some 5000 hp gaints heal to full?

Some quest that's about 2 players racing from Beacon to Forge? (Kinda hard to program I say)
