PC on golden talons

Hi, I'm a bit new to this and though i read thru the above stickies i couldn't find mention of Assassin Golden Talons.

So I was looking for a PC on

Golden talons (gold)
7-17
+15% in stance
20/20 sundering
+1 / 19% dagger mastery

any ideas?
