Just a suggested build for people to try in pve.

16 divine 13 heal

Dwaynas kiss, healing light, orison, touch, sig devotion, divine spirit, condition/hex removal, rez chant or rebirth

Use the first 3 skills to heal others, use skills 2 through 4 to heal yourself. Use sig devotion ya know, when its safe to. If by some chance your energy does get low (takes a lot) hit divine spirit and healing light will actually GIVE you energy. By the time divine spirit is off you should have full energy again.

See I'm really not a fan of 10 energy skills and like heal party. Divine favor triggers on 5 energy spells and 10 alike. And when you use a 10 energy spell prolly 3 of it or so is wasted as overheal.

Some like word over light but eh, orison and touch just don't cut it for self heal spammability. Word works in this build too if you prefer it.

As far as equipment I use rajazans / totem axe and a 20/20 ankh.

Eh don't knock it, bump it and try it, don't like it move along oh well, just trying to help.

I personally don't think touch heals should be used to heal much except your self. If and ally is dieing and you have to run over to him to heal him sometimes he will die before you reach him. Some times take healing touch but i never use it on anyone but myself.

Also I always use heal party. It is very cost efficent as it heals everyone. If you cast it when at least 3 differant people are takeing damage it is worth it. Its also great because you don't have to have them in your aggro circle to heal them with it.

I also perfer to echo divine spirit.

The only flaw in that build is energy management. Sure you have Divine Spirit but that only lasts for a short while and recharges for a long while. If you want to use Divine Spirit I would suggest this:

A Mo/E

16 Divine Favor
13 Healing

1.Orison of Heal
2.Dwayna's Kiss
3.Heal Other/Healing Whisper/Healing Touch
4.Remove Hex/Contemplation of Purity
5.Divine Boon
6.Divine Spirit
7.Glyph of Renewal (E)
8. Hard Rez of some sort

I never use this build (I never really did either) I generally stick to Boon/Prot - Spike Healer - Spam Healer -
But if you want something new I'd try this it generally has you doing something every second.

Basically you put on Boon. Use Glyph of Renewal then Divine Spirit and heal away. And repeat. (since GoR makes DS recharge instantly) I would use a 20% longer enchatment staff so DS lasts untill GoR recharges.

Not the best build -like I said I never use it- but if your looking for something new you should try it- It lacks in condition removal but in PvE condition removal isn't as vital - but sub-par important none-the-less -

Divine Spirit is not the build's only energy management. Healing Light and Signet of Devotion are 'e-managment' skills also. If you have some way of enchanting other party members so Healing Light gives the energy return then that and Sig of Dev are effective enough if used often. Plus the rest are five energy spells. It's not too dissimilar from what my monk occasionally uses.

I think the build is reasonable. One possible problem is a lack of 'power' healing, or large heals like Heal Other, when someone (or more than one) is dying fast. Several smaller heals may not be enough.

I just started a monk and I will definetly try these variations out. Those are great suggestions and they seem to be decent. Energy management might be a problem but i havent tried it yet.
