Hero title not displayed till level 3 :(

I was a bit put off this game to see the hero title is not displayed till level 3. Why cant the title be displayed once u get to 25 fame?
Seems mildly idiotic to have it setup like this.
Just my 2 cents worth.

Anyways, I agree that once you get 25 fame you should be able to show your title.

What's the use of titles if you can't show them off?

Some people are proud to be r1 and deserve to show it.

Rank is idiotic and meaningless.

But let people display thier title. There's is after all no point in having a title if you can't display it.

As for all the 1337 HA players who think rank actualy means somthing, perhaps the rank one people care if they can display thier title? Infact it seems the OP is such a person...

General Typhus, you may be a leet now, but even you must have been at 25 fame at some point. Dont go rubbishing other peoples achievements just because you have played the game longer.

I'm rank 4, but seriously there's no point to show it... I really think only let it be shown if you're rank 3 or higher, so it works in conjunction with the /rank emote, but I don't use the title, I'd only show me rank title if I was rank 6 or higher, honestly that's the only thing remotely impressive.

QFT. Im sure someone with R1 can be as happy as someone with R14.

All titles r3+ are advertised for in HA. That's the reason most likely.

I don't see an effect either way, so it can't hurt I suppose.

I was thinking about this the other day, why have a title you can't show off?

Im not r1 or 2 either but some people who arent quite at r3 might wanna start r2+ groups or something so they dont get a complete nub in their group whos never done any pvp before.
But still, no emote until r3.

You're rank 4 so it doesn't affect you I suppose, there is a point to show it, maybe instead of grinding IWAY till rank 3, you can form rank 1 and 2 groups so you know that people are sort of familiar with maps...They gave us the titles already, they won't let us show it, so it's never going to be used, because one will always want to show his highest title. Who is going to display rank 1 when he's rank 3+?

I want to show off my 1% of Cantha explored. After all, I could be proud of that, couldn't I?

On the other hand, couldn't hurt to show R1 and 2.

That is why some titles like exporation have milestones!

While I already have Rank 3, each rank title is a milestone, and it would make sense to be able to display it, not matter what the level is.

I think the key factor here is a sort of balance between the titles.
The time/effort needed to reach the first title should all take a certain amount of time. I think r1 is often reached quite fast, faster then it would take for instance to get 100 treasure chests opened.

The gladiator title, altough 'only 25 points' is still at least 250 victories. r1 in tombs is at max 25 victories. quite a difference imho.
