Collectors +15/-1 Storm Artifact

I've searched a quite collectors lists and I'm yet to come across this item which I really need
Just wondering if anyones found a collector with the 15/-1 mod for a storm artifact.

Honestly i dont think that there is a collector with 15/1 offhands usually when i get an items like that it is purple or gold.

I know there are for Necros... I got both an on and offhand for it

Not found a collectors with 15 energy -1 regen but have found blue fire artiftact with +22 -1 and blue frost with +24 -1 so i'm guess there are air ones as well but never seen one.If you have factions look into geting the energy storage greens. All have +27 energy -1 regen 2 have +30 hp all the time 1 has +45 while enchanted

Cheers, knew there must be one somewhere. Crystal desert has almost everything but 15/-1 for air
