Can you rotate the weapon slots?

On the screen i want my weapon slots to go downwards and not sideways, can you rotate any of the GUI?

Try stretching the box long and skinny vertically in the GUI modification mode.

I worked it out in the end! lol was gonna post to say, but site wasnt working
