Fact or Fiction

There has been a rumor going around about the "fame reduction." I do not know whether this is a myth or not but certainly this seems preposterous. (The rumor goes: After team A defeats team B, one person from team A emotes. If that person gets reported for emoting, then his fame will get reduced.) Of course I do not care much about this, but i want to know whether this is true or just a myth. Always say "gg" when you finish a battle, it is one of the nicest ways to end a battle and make more friends. Thank you for the replies.

False, but I would find it highly ammusing if they did implement this.

On a side note, it really irks me when people say "gg" after a game that was not particularly good.

So you hate people who are polite? When someone shows you their new baby you don`t go " For the love of God what happend to it`s face!? " do you? No, you say "GG on the baby thing."

This is just a long standing rumor.

What is unclear is the claims of a guy that guested in my new guild's GvG yesterday.

Remember when Factions came out, and for awhile there some older accounts got "reset" on battle isles (IE: no longer had immediate access to HA or any of the arenas new palyers have to unlock) This was fixed in the first update after Factions release, but this guy claims that all his Fame was reset too. (went from almost rank 4, to 0 fame).

I don't know him or how joking or truthful he is though.
