Ancestor's Rage --> Elite skill or not?

Hi,

I have a Ritualist secondary and I would like to get this skill however, I don't know if it is an elite or not. In the skill descriptions in this forum, it appears to be a normal skill. In Guildwiki it is not listed in the elite skill list. In the skill description however, it says you need to cap it.

Please, anyone know the answer?

IIRC, you can just buy it in Kaineng. Note that the skill article at Wiki is a stub. The skillcap part down there is just an option where you could get it. For some reason Kaineng is simply missing in the list.

IIRC, it is not an elite skill. Hold on lemme check Priest of Balthazar.

Edit: It's not an elite skill. BTW, your best friend is the Priest of Balthazar. Just check with him.
