Staffs must have a recharge AND casting time mod to be perfect.
So this really isn't worth much lol

It has both a 10% Skill recharge and and 10% Casting time, I just simplified it in one sentence.

It does have both, although I know nearly nothing about staffs so I can not be much help, sorry.

Oops, sorry about that, I really should read more carefully >.<

Anyway, with both mods, I'd say 20-30k. Smiting isn't too popular, unless dual-smite picks up...
