PC Expected price for -2/-3 shield?

I hope this is the place to make this request; if it's not, sorry.

I want to buy a -2/-3 shield, req 8 or 9 is preferable, 10 is acceptable. The shield skin doesn't matter and, to keep to the lower end on price, I'd much rather have an average skin. With that in mind, any suggestions on around how much I should expect to pay? Will Tactics or Strength requirement affect price? Thank you for any assistance you can give.

(Someone offered r8 Defender at 150k: reasonable??)

It really depends on the skin. You can get a req 8 one with a decent skin for around 50k. 150k is way too much for a shield like that, imo.
