Ok, we all know StoneFist's inscrease knockdown by 1 second, maximum of 3. I know that StoneFist's do increase KD of SoJ (Shielf of Judgement), but my question is this: If SoJ is cast on the wearer of the StoneFist's by another person, will the KD be increased?
Example: Player 1 is warrior wearing stonefist, Player 2 is monk with SoJ. Player 2 casts SoJ on Player 1. Is KD increased?
? SoJ + StoneFist Gauntlets.

No... that won't work. It only applies to YOUR skills and YOUR spells. Same as with an enchantment mod.

I'm pretty sure that stonefist Gauntlets affect attacks only- they won't increase the KD time on SOJ. You never know though, I could be wrong.

The problem is that by using the stoneskin gauntlets, you are reducing the attack rate of your opponents with the longer knockdowns. This effectively reduces the amount of damage you generate with one Shield of Judgment cycle. Because of that, I would abstain from using both the gauntlets and Shield of Judgment.

Amity, that doesn't tell us wether it matters who put SoJ on the stonefisted guy?

Stonefist affects stuff you do. Like if you cast healing breeze on someoneholding a yakslapper that doesnt lengthen it

Just think logically...
If you're wielding a staff with a 20 % Recharge on healing prayers and get a healing spell from another monk. Will YOUR potential recharge trigger a faster recharge for HIM? No.
If you're using a 20% Enchantment Mod on your weapon. Will any enchantment cast on you by someone who does NOT have an enchantment mod last any longer? No.
So why should the Stoneskin Gauntlets suddenly affect the Knockdown Duration of a spell cast by someone ELSE? That doesn't make any sense.

I thought it was an echantment cast on you, not something some else casts.

Stoneskin Gauntlets affect all skills and spells you use, but not that of others. Therefore, unless you casted SoJ, the duration wont be lengthened. Also, the slower rate of attack sucks, so be wary of that.

Ok, here's a tougher question.
What happens if you are wearing the gauntlets and you interrupt someone who is hexed with Psychic Instability?
