there is a 20/20 collector offhand you can get for 500g, same for a 15/-1 offhand (+30hp too) in soul reaping, and same thing with 15/-1 truncheon, which is req 9 blood. no such thing as a 20/20 wand or rod that i'm aware of. not just collector, but period. i never seen one, though i did just come back to playing since being out for a few months. i'd reckon it'd get ALOT of money if someone ever had one.
